Refund policy

What is charged

BrandPilot charges only for what the pricing page offers at the time you buy: single brand projects while they are offered, and monthly plans and credit packs where they are offered. The price at checkout is the price charged.

Spent credits are not refundable

Where credits fund your runs, they pay for AI work as it runs. Once credits are spent, PixelPioneer, LLC has already incurred that AI cost, so spent credits are not refundable, whether or not you keep the output.

When a payment is refunded

If we refund a plan or pack payment in full or in part, the same share of the credits that payment added is removed from your workspace, taken only from credits that have not been spent. Credits already spent stay spent and are not charged back to you.

Plans, where offered

You can cancel a plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and that period is not refunded.

Credit packs, where offered

Pack credits expire 12 months after the pack is paid for. Expired credits are not refunded.

Single brand projects

A single brand project is paid before generation starts. As soon as its brand system and design begin running, AI cost is incurred, so the payment is non-refundable once generation has started, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the results.

The one exception: if your project never started generating because of a fault on our platform (not a decision you made, and not an outage or limit disclosed elsewhere on the site), contact us through the contact page within 14 days of payment. We will confirm what happened on our side and, if a platform fault kept generation from starting, refund the payment to the original payment method.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and is part of the Terms of Service.
