Refund policy

What is charged

Each BrandPilot project is a one-off charge of $29.00, or the founder price of $19.00 for a project started during the founder window (October 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026). A redesign round is a new project and is charged again.

When you are charged

Payment happens before generation starts: you pay for a draft project, and only a paid project may start its System and Design run.

Why payments are non-refundable

As soon as your project's System and Design begin running, PixelPioneer, LLC incurs AI processing cost immediately, for every step whether or not you keep the output. Because that cost cannot be undone, payments are non-refundable once generation has started, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the results.

The one exception

If your project never started generating because of a fault on our platform (not a decision you made, and not an outage or limit disclosed elsewhere on the site), contact us through the contact page within 14 days of payment. We will confirm what happened on our side and, if a platform fault kept generation from starting, refund the payment to the original payment method.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and is part of the Terms of Service.
