Service Description

BrandPilot is an AI-powered design intelligence platform that generates design systems from project briefs. The service includes research agents, design token generation, component creation, page composition, and visual asset generation.

Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
  • Submit briefs designed to generate harmful, deceptive, or infringing content
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in ways that degrade service quality
  • Resell generated outputs as an automated design service

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the briefs, data, and content you submit to BrandPilot. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating design outputs.

Generated Outputs

Design tokens, components, pages, and visual assets generated by BrandPilot are owned by you. You may use them for any commercial or personal purpose. We do not claim ownership of generated outputs.

Platform

The BrandPilot platform, including its AI agents, algorithms, and interface, is our intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any rights to our underlying technology.

Payment Terms

Paid features are billed per project. Prices are displayed before you start a project. All payments are non-refundable once generation has begun, as AI processing costs are incurred immediately.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. AI generation quality may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

BrandPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
